You are invited to join Emma . Beginners welcome - even if you've never meditated before feel free to come along. ​

My name is Emma and I live in South Oxfordshire, England . I have recently created a holistic studio where people can visit and relax with a massage or healing session. I am a holistic therapist, Reiki master and recently qualified yoga instructor amongst other things.

I have been practicing yoga and light mediation for many years. The fascination with the connection of body and mind has lead me to this meditation program with SkillfulMind. Now with all the new information from this meditation program I am able to delve into this connection on a deeper level and also offer these teachings to others.

I believe we all need to know ourselves and meditation is a way to journey within and connect with who we really.

My aim is to provide meditations classes and help facilitate the journey of others into meditation.

I hope to plan mini yoga and meditation retreats at The Elbow Room Holistic Studio in Wallingford amongst other workshops and treatments.
