Hi I’m Jayne, I have been on my journey for many years now, along the way I changed career and retrained becoming qualified in many different practices and disciplines from Hypnotherapy, NLP, Coaching & Mentoring, Gamma mindset and Sound therapy. I have my own coaching therapy business where I integrate all my skill’s, knowledge and tool’s providing individual solutions for each of my clients. 

In 2015 my life changed forever overnight, due to illness I found myself becoming a full time carer for my husband, everything in my life changed, filled with anger, frustration and sadness I slowly found my way back to my meditation practice and over time became what I believe to be my savior.

Now I am trained as a meditation leader I host sessions and workshops locally and provide an online service for groups and 1 to 1. Many of my coaching and therapy clients also join my online community and some of my meditation community approach me for help on a 1 to 1 arrangement. 

My purpose now is to share my knowledge and skills with as many people as possible, helping them to let go of the past, embrace the now with a positive outlook for the future.
