Hi, I’m Leanne and I live and work in Cardiff South Wales.
I am a Mum to 2 children, 14-year-old Girl and 12 Year Boy. Meditation has played a significant part of my life.
I am fortunate enough for it to be an integral part of my job. I am a personal development trainer within a large financial organisation and one of my main roles is to promote health and wellbeing at all levels of staff and I do this through weekly Meditation sessions across our offices.
Meditation is a topic I am very passionate about as I’ve enjoyed first-hand the benefits practising it daily can bring. I am a better Mum, daughter, work colleague and friend because of these benefits and my mission is to encourage others to feel the same way and to be the best versions of themselves.
