I have practised meditation and mindfulness on a personal level for many years and I am keen to spread the word about the huge benefits that meditation can bring to the lives of so many people.
I am particularly interested in bringing meditation and mindfulness into schools and businesses and working with those experiencing stress and anxiety.
I am also looking to offer Meditation in Pregnancy courses.
